The house is newly renovated and fully furnished you just need to provide bedding, towels etc. It is a 4 bedroom house on the main road in Fleetwood and therefore easy walking distance of all local amenities, and 1.7m from the college (direct tram and bus route). The house has the following shared facilities, a family bathroom with bath, shower and WC, a further ground floor WC,  a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave etc), utility with washer/dryer, a lounge/dining room with 26” TV and DVD player and wireless internet, all subject to fair usage policy. Parking is available on the main road outside the property.

Each bedroom is equipped with Bed (3 with double beds one with Single Bed), Wardrobe, Chest of drawers, Study table and chair, bookcase.

We have 3 double rooms and 1 single room. The double rooms are £85.00 per week, and the single room £70.00 per week, per person. Rent is inclusive of central heating, electric, TV, etc you just need food!
